FACILITY EXPANSION EPC SERVICES

ESI provided full Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contractor Services for a 3.2MW expansion of an existing landfill gas-to-energy facility. ESI was responsible for all portions of the facility engineering design including integration with the existing Cooper Superior engines at the site. Construction management and startup was expedited to meet a very tight schedule.

SE OKC RENEWABLE NATURAL GAS FACILITY DESIGN

ESI provided full process, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering services for a 3,000scfm (inlet) landfill gas-to-pipeline RNG facility. The facility utilizes a membrane based CO2 removal system integrated with a PSA based nitrogen rejection system. ESI provided the complete facility mechanical design in 3D while providing detailed point-to-point electrical plans.

EMERALD CITY LFG-TO-ENERGY FACILITY OPERATIONS

Since 2014, ESI has provided full Operations and Maintenance for the 4.8MW landfill-gas-to- energy facility with support of internal Engineering, Compliance, and Electrical Services. ESI took over the floundering facility commissioning to keep the project on schedule and start generating revenue for the owner.

& CONTROL

COWLITZ COUNTY LANDFILL GAS COLLECTION AND FLARE SYSTEM DESIGN

Since 2013, ESI has provided ongoing Landfill Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) design services for the Cowlitz County Headquarters Landfill. ESI’s services have included complete 
design for the wellfield, header systems, and condensate management systems. Other services provided include: flare station design, air permitting, GHG consulting, leachate pump station 
design assistance, and LFG utilization feasibility consulting.
